15th January 1969 Ships on GPO FDC, with Brighton Sussex FDI dated one Year early 15th Jan. 1968. The Head Post Office in Brighton advertised in the local press to replace these pre-dated covers with one bearing the correct date. I wonder how many collectors took up the offer?
