Signed by Norman Wainwright, from Stoke on Trent, represented England at the 1932, 1936, 1948 Olympic Games. He was captain of the Swimming Team in 1948. Finchley is also a relevant cds Postmark as Finchley Lido was a venue for Water Polo in 1948.
