Prices

All prices are quoted in GB pounds. Payment in GB pounds can be made by BACS or Faster Payment, cheque or postal order (payable to Richard Park), credit or debit card (via PayPal).

Prices shown in Euros, US & Australian Dollars are subject to the exchange rate at the date & time of sale.

Security

Buying online at Cover Collecting is secure. Our website uses secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption technology, which converts your details into code before securely transferring them. No credit or debit card details are held, as we only accept card payments via PayPal, or payments via cheque or postal order.

We are members of the Philatelic Traders' Society, whose reputation for honesty, integrity & professionalism spans the globe & we abide by the PTS Code of Conduct.

Delivery

Items are usually sent the next working day, after receiving payment by BACS, Faster Payment, credit or debit card via PayPal, or after a cheque or postal order has cleared. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your purchases from confirmation of your order.

Items paid by PayPal will only be shipped to a confirmed & verified name & address.

Guarantees & Returns

All items are supplied as genuine unless otherwise stated.

Every effort is made to ensure all information on this website is correct & up to date. However we reserve the right to decline an order & refund payment, if an item has been incorrectly priced or has already been sold.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please return within 14 days of receipt, with a reason for the return. A full refund will be given, if items are returned in the same condition they were shipped, less any shipping costs.

Insurance

The Royal Mail delivery method used is at the discretion of Cover Collecting, in accordance with our Postal Warranty Insurance. Please contact us for a quote if you have any special requests.  

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for all orders.
