This has to be earliest use of a Meter Mark Cancel used on a First Day Cover. Relevant to 1/6d stamp showing the Advanced Gas Cooled Reactor at Windscale. It's addressed to D C James who probably worked at the Nuclear Power station. Pristine condition.
