16th February 1972, Polar Explorers, Post Office FDC, Pembroke Dock cds. Very relevant cds postmark as Robert Falcon Scott (Scott of the Antarctic 9p Stamp), served aboard HMS Amphion as a Lieutenant in 1889. HMS Amphion was launched at Pembroke Dock on the 13th October 1883. Pristine condition.
