This is a Very Scarce Official FDC, it was only Posted to Store Managers & Suppliers, hence most covers have probably been thrown away or damaged. This cover is in good condition with some minor Gold Queens Head erosion on the stamps. This is usual on Gold Queens heads stamps when they stick to the older plastic album pockets of the 1980's.
