5th June 1973 Sponsored Solo Row by Dave Howlett in aid of RNLI from the Isle of Wight to Guernsey, postmarked Shanklin IOW 5th June 1973 & Doubled with Guernsey Postal Museum H/S 6th June 1973. Signed by the rower Dave Howlett & back stamped Guernsey Post Office 6th June 1973. The cover was carried by him in his boat. Limited edition this cover is numbered 372, I also have 373. Very Good condition, considering it's been in a rowing boat. Unsealed, no insert card.
