10th July 2001 Pondlife, Opening of Tallents House, Edinburgh, Rare Official FDC. First Day of Issue Royal Mail Tallents House Edinburgh H/S. Tallents House Edinburgh, being the new home of the Philatelic Bureau. These covers were originally serviced with a 2001 Occasions 1st Class Stamp issued on the 5th June 2001 and are fairly common. However, this cover was serviced by me with a full set of 4 Pondlife Stamps, issued on the 10th July 2001 (the Opening date of the Philatelic Bureau at Tallents House) making this a Royal Mail Official FDC. I only serviced 2 covers and am not aware of any others in existence! Pristine Condition. Label address.
